Thoroughly enjoyed our tidy rooms in this place.
The location of the hotel was marvellous and fantastic - at a medium distance from Belvedere di Piazza Giovanni Pascoli Observation Deck. Took a walk around city center, located just a short stroll away from the venue.

The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of fresh breads, fruits, and delicious coffee. The owners were very friendly and provided helpful tips and information about the area. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities.
Our room did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during the summer months. The location of the hotel was a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants in town.

We had an unforgettable experience at Il Cucù . the family who owns the property is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel like part of their family throughout our stay. the spacious and clean room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-functioning Wi-Fi. the breakfast, served on the scenic outdoor patio, was absolutely delicious with a variety of fresh breads, fruits from the garden, and a great cup of coffee. the hosts even surprised us with a basket of fruits in our room and provided us with snacks and water for our day trips. They also gave us helpful recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. We can't thank the Il Cucù family enough for the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. This was definitely our favorite stay during our trip to Italy. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent. 👌.

Great location and convenient parking. The terrace was a pretty spot to relax.
No tea or coffee making facilities and language difficulties made it hard to communicate with the hosts. Also, the lack of kitchen utensils and having to ask for wine glasses was inconvenient.
